Convenient lab testing for our patients!

We are pleased to offer in-office lab testing for our Sea Base Medicine patients.

Please note that ProPath testing services are billed separately from your Sea Base Medicine office visit. Copays or coinsurance are applied according to the terms of your specific insurance coverage. It is your responsibility to make sure that your insurance is in-network with ProPath prior to your lab draw.

If your insurance is not in-network, please inform your provider that you will need a printout of the lab order to take with you to the facility that is in your network.
